We screen every applicant across four debt registries, verify their income and employment, and require references from previous landlords. You always approve the final choice.
On the Guarantee plan, we take on this risk ourselves - we still pay you in full, with no time limit, until the situation is resolved. On the Standard plan, we handle collection and, if needed, eviction on your behalf, including legal proceedings.
We typically collect a deposit equal to one or two months' rent before the tenant moves in. We hold it for the duration of the tenancy and settle any damages or outstanding balances with you once it ends.
The Standard plan (12%) includes full management and a guarantee against non-paying tenants. The Guarantee plan (16%) additionally guarantees 100% of your share of the rent for as long as it takes to find a new tenant, with no time limit.
On the Guarantee plan, we pay 100% of your share of the rent even if the apartment is vacant or the tenant stops paying - with no time limit, until the situation is resolved. No competitor on the market offers this guarantee.
