Frequently asked questions

It starts with a free consultation where we view your apartment and recommend whether long-term or short-term rental suits it better. We then prepare an offer, sign the contract, and from that point on we handle everything - advertising, selecting tenants or guests, management, and communication.

It depends on the location, the condition of the apartment, and your preferences. Short-term rental usually yields more, but requires the apartment to be more actively in use; long-term rental is calmer and more stable. You'll get a specific recommendation for your apartment after a free consultation.

It depends on the service. For long-term rental, commission is 12% (Standard plan) or 16% (Guarantee plan, which guarantees your rent even during vacancy). For short-term rental, commission is 16% for a single apartment or 15% if you have two or more with us, or you can choose a fixed monthly payout instead. We'll confirm the exact terms during a consultation about your apartment.

The commission covers advertising, screening tenants or guests, drafting contracts, handling repairs, accounting records, and constant communication - work that would normally take you dozens of hours a month. The goal is for you to keep the same or higher net income, without the hassle.

On the long-term Guarantee plan, we pay 100% of your share of the rent even if the apartment is vacant or the tenant stops paying, with no time limit. On short-term rental, you can choose a fixed monthly payout, where you receive an agreed amount regardless of actual occupancy.
